Tom Lowsley took the class at Bittersweet Basket Supply. It was his and his wife Joni's first time at making a basket. I wanted to share a part of his email that he sent when he sent the picture of his finished project.

This picture came from my mothers home in Colorado (I finished the basket on the Sunday after the workshop, packed it, and mailed it before I jumped on the plane on Monday).  Her birthday was on Saturday, so I had to get it out.... you were right about seeing the imperfections but I am sure she would not mind them.  I told my mom that each weaver held a memory of our time together, so to be sure to run her fingers over them to recall them all, even the not so perfect ones.  In any case, thank you for enabling us to do something like this.
